Website analytics and external links
PRISM may use ordinary website and hosting logs to keep the site secure and understand whether pages are working. Member websites, booking tools and other external links are operated by their respective organisations and have their own privacy terms.
AI tools and member conversations
Before any substantive work or data-sharing arrangement, the relevant organisations agree the tools, access and data-handling approach. PRISM does not send external messages on your behalf without approval.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry, prospect and member-conversation information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, for reasonable business follow-up, or where required for legal, tax or operational reasons.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your contact information by emailing hello@prism-collective.ai. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate business record-keeping.
